All our products are posted Royal mail first class signed for.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return* by royal mail special delivery.
Refunds and returns
We want to make sure you are completely satisfied by your purchase, all items are hand made in the U.K and hand checked before they are posted, however we do realise sometimes issues may arise. We will do everything to ensure this is resolved quickly. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@frankandgrace.com
You have 14 days to return your Item to us from the dispatch date. All items must be returned to us in the original condition otherwise this may affect your refund.
All sale Items are non-refundable. This does not affect your statutory rights.
